Thanks for the link to this. It's so amusing that Dan Glickman just cannot get it into his mind that there are successful business models where content is given freely. I completely agree that this is counterintuitive, but I can also look at Magnatune.com, where you can listen to music without charge, then if you wish to make a purchase, tell them how much you are willing to pay. Although the minimum amount is $5, the average amount people give is $8. This simply proves that people are willing to pay for something when they perceive value and can pay a reasonable price.
